Policies & Cancellations

You will have one week (seven days) after your reservation is confirmed to cancel and receive a full refund. Reservations booked within seven days of the intended move in date may be cancelled within 24 hours after booking to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to the cost of the deposit, one half (50%) of one month’s rent.

What is the check-in process?

We like to make things easy for you! That’s why, we provide 24/7 self-check in access. However, we ask that you kindly schedule a move-in with the Resident Manager between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm as soon as possible to provide you with any other items you may require during your stay.

Do I get free access to the building amenities?

Of course! What’s ours is yours. If the building has amenities, such as a fitness center, pool, or social lounge, please feel welcome to use them. We just ask that you follow the buildings rules and hours of use when doing so.

Can I extend my stay if I need to?

We’re so happy you’d like to stay with us longer! Please note, you will have to renew your lease, pay a new deposit, and unit availability can’t be guaranteed. Please discuss with your on-site Resident Manager directly.
