To receive updates about our vacancies…
Restrict your search criteria until nothing available appears. Then click “Sign up to Receive Updates” and we’ll email you every month when we have more availability. Or, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Subscribe Now” and select “Vacancy Updates.”
To join a specific building’s waitlist…
In the bottom right corner of the map untick “Only show properties with available units,” which will display our entire portfolio. When you find a building you like, click through to the detailed building page. Then click “Join Waitlist” and we’ll email you as soon as something becomes available.
Unfortunately, no. Hollyburn does not have any furnished suites available to rent. Any pictures of furnished suites on our site are temporary display suites. Unless otherwise specified we require a one year lease with all our suites, which then automatically continues on a month-to-month basis thereafter.
Unfortunately no. Hollyburn is a private property management and real-estate investment company; we only manage properties that we own (multi-family apartment buildings and commercial units). These are properties that we’ve purchased or developed ourselves.
Your rent payment includes hot water utilities, and most of our buildings also include also heating. A few include electricity, or amenities like pools, gyms, or bike storage as well. Storage lockers and parking stalls can be rented for an additional monthly fee.
