How do I search for an apartment to rent?

Click the “Find an Apartment” button at the top of the page. Then select your desired city, suite type, price range, and any other filterable options.

Explore our availability that matches your search criteria by zooming in and clicking on the blue pins. Most of our buildings have Resident Managers that live and work on site; feel free to contact them with questions or book a viewing at a time convenient for you.

I'm moving to the city. Can I rent with Hollyburn even though I haven't arrived yet?

Absolutely! Hollyburn’s application process occurs online, so our Resident Managers can easily help you find your next home while you’re still abroad. Visit our Rental Process page to learn more about how to rent an apartment with Hollyburn Properties.

How can I receive updates when you have new vacancies? Can I join a waitlist?

Yes. Click the “Find an Apartment” button at the top of the page. Then select your desired city.

To receive updates about our vacancies…
Restrict your search criteria until nothing available appears. Then click “Sign up to Receive Updates” and we’ll email you every month when we have more availability. Or, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Subscribe Now” and select “Vacancy Updates.”

To join a specific building’s waitlist…
In the bottom right corner of the map untick “Only show properties with available units,” which will display our entire portfolio. When you find a building you like, click through to the detailed building page. Then click “Join Waitlist” and we’ll email you as soon as something becomes available.

Does Hollyburn have any pet friendly apartments for rent in Vancouver?

Hollyburn currently has two buildings with pet friendly apartments for rent in Vancouver, allowing either cats or dogs:

Does Hollyburn have any furnished suites or short term rentals available?

Unfortunately, no. Hollyburn does not have any furnished suites available to rent. Any pictures of furnished suites on our site are temporary display suites. Unless otherwise specified we require a one year lease with all our suites, which then automatically continues on a month-to-month basis thereafter.

Will Hollyburn manage my house or condo for me?

Unfortunately no. Hollyburn is a private property management and real-estate investment company; we only manage properties that we own (multi-family apartment buildings and commercial units). These are properties that we’ve purchased or developed ourselves.

What is included in my rent?

Your rent payment includes hot water utilities, and most of our buildings also include also heating. A few include electricity, or amenities like pools, gyms, or bike storage as well. Storage lockers and parking stalls can be rented for an additional monthly fee.

If you are a Hollyburn Resident with a digital laundry system in your building, you can access your profile or re-load your card at Be sure to bookmark it in your browser for easier access in the future! Alternatively you can also scroll to the bottom of the website and click “Laundry.”
