Policies & Cancellations

You have one week (7 days) from your reservation request date to cancel. Reservations booked within 7 days of the intended move-in date may be cancelled within 24 hours after your reservation request. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to the cost of the deposit (50% of one month’s rent).

What is included in a furnished rental?

All our furnished apartments come fully equipped and move-in ready. All furnishings, cooking utensils, linens, as well as cable and internet, heat, hot water, and electricity are included for a hotel-like experience.

Can I rent a furnished unit for one night?

All our Vancouver furnished rentals require a minimum one month tenancy.

Can I bring my pets?

Sorry, our furnished rentals are strictly “No Pets” to ensure an allergy-free environment and help maintain a clean building everyone can enjoy.

How many people can stay in a furnished unit?

In our furnished studio apartments, the maximum occupancy is two adults and one child.

In our furnished one-bedroom apartments, the maximum occupancy is two adults and two children.

Why do I have to submit a credit card pre-authorization to request a reservation?

We require a security deposit of one half (50%) of one month’s rent at the time of reservation requests. This is simply held to guarantee your stay. It will be refunded back to your credit card at the end of the tenancy, minus any agreed upon damages and the $200 cleaning fee.

Is cleaning included with Hollyburn furnished rentals?

There is a move-out cleaning fee of $200 to ensure our suites are kept looking fresh for every guest.

Do I get free access to the building amenities?

Of course! What’s ours is yours. If the building has amenities, such as a fitness center, pool, or social lounge, please feel welcome to use them. We just ask that you follow the buildings rules and hours of use when doing so.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You will be able to cancel or change the reservation dates (if the suite is available) only one time. You will have 7 days from the date of your reservation request to cancel or change the reservation. Reservations booked within 7 days of the intended move-in date may be cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation request. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to liquidated damages which represent 50% of one month’s rent.

Can I extend my stay if I need to?

We’re so happy you’d like to stay with us longer! Please note, you will have to sign a new lease and pay a new deposit. Unit availability can’t be guaranteed and rental rates may vary. Please discuss with your on-site Resident Manager directly.

What is the check-in process?

We like to make things easy for you! That’s why, we provide 24/7 self-check in access. However, we ask that you kindly schedule a move-in with the Resident Manager between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm as soon as possible to provide you with any other items you may require during your stay.
