He has very high standards regarding the appearance of the building and every rental inquiry is promptly dealt with. He keeps us informed in a timely manner regarding building maintenance and upgrades. Recently I had an out of town visitor and it was very important to me that everything would be perfect. All your staff worked really hard to accommodate me. Every time I leave or enter the building it appears more polished.”
