The building managers are outstanding, constantly working on the building and available to the tenants. They are a lovely approachable couple who really have made this building a great place to live.
I am grateful to Hollyburn for choosing our apartment managers. When I have made requests they have always replied and addressed the concerns promptly and effectively. They are very respectful when in my living space…very caring with an extremely professional approach to their work.
We are used to a high standard of service from Hollyburn Properties but Dana and George are exceptional. Dana is an excellent business woman as well as an artist judging by the current appearance of our foyer and laundry room and George can apparently fix anything.
On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them an eleven! Of course, their ability to meet all our expectations as renters is dependent on support from Hollyburn. Improvements to the laundry facilities is one example. We are confident your management team will represent us effectively. As people who plan to stay, we expect the building will be regularly renewed – they are always painting and cleaning the common areas as if it was their own place.
